A tandem jump consists of an hour of instruction followed by a freefall jump from 10,000 feet harnessed to the front of the tandem instructor. You will freefall for 40 seconds before you or the instructor pulls the ripcord. Once your parachute opens, you can enjoy a 4 to 5 minute dual-controlled parachute ride to the ground. Tandem jumps are by appointment only.

For more details, please see below.
Please arrive at your scheduled training time. It is not the time you will jump. When you arrive you need to check in at the white trailer. When your entire training class has arrived we will start your training. Your training includes a short video that explains the legal aspects of your paperwork and demonstrates the jump that you are about to make, some paperwork (the waiver) that you are required to sign, payment and then an instructor will explain and demonstrate what is required of you in the plane, in freefall, under canopy and for landing.
Now you’re ready to jump! At this point, your names are put on a list and instructors are assigned to jump with each student. Obviously, not everyone can be first. Generally, we can take 1 or 2 students on a plane. The amount of time it will take for your class to jump is variable due to packing, instructor availability, airplane availability, whether or not video is required, and weather.
Please! Don’t schedule major events on the same day that you want to skydive! Since this sport is entirely weather related – we are bound by the FAA visual flight rules – it’s possible that you may be here for 5 or 6 hours or even the whole day. If you have a family reunion, birthday party, wedding reception or other major event planned, it can induce stress and ruin your day of skydiving.
You may be certain that we will do everything in our power to get you in the sky as quickly as possible using care and caution to optimize safety.
Please feel free to bring food and beverage with you. Make a picnic out of it. Please, absolutely no alcohol allowed to be consumed during skydiving operations – this includes people who are not skydiving as well.
Do not bring your pet. Pets and skydiving do not mix.
Children are welcome, but must be supervised. This is a working airport and there are inherent dangers in being around aircraft.
Please, pass this information on to anyone who is coming to watch your jump.
