Anyone wishing to make a night water jump must

1. Hold a B License or higher

2. Attend the safety briefing, beginning at 8pm

3. Make at least one skydive during the same day at MSPC

4. Have made a prior water jump

5. Have a light fixed to their helmet or body that is visible for at least 3 statue miles
