Safety Day

Join us for Safety Day 2026! We will have various presentations with the primary focus being preserving the safe culture of skydiving, both at MSPC and beyond. Write an email to news@skydivemspc.com or send a DM to @jumperjohn3 on Instagram or John Miller on Facebook Messenger if you would like to make a presentation.

Safety Day is not limited to Maytown Members. Anyone and everyone is invited! Hopefully the usual wind and rain accompanied with Safety Day does not show up and we can get a good day of jumping going afterwards.

SWOOP CLUB

SWOOP CLUB

Although the start date is TBD, Maytown will be hosting Swoop Club every Saturday morning as interest and weather allows. We need 12 jumpers to commit to three (3) jumps from 5,000 ft, so $60 total. Swoop club is NOT limited to “swoopers”. Anyone (even non-members) who wants to spend a beautiful morning understanding their canopy more and hanging out with good friends is invited.

More than three jumps are allowed, we just set three as an attainable goal before regular jumping begins. If you are not one of the 12 to sign up first, you may still come and participate, but slots will be given to those that committed first.

Caravan Weekend May 16-17 2026

We will be leasing a Cessna 208 Caravan for a few weekend this season, the first being May 16-17 2026. Unlike last year, we will not be operating a turbine aircraft for the whole season, so these weekends are your chance to go higher, get there faster, and go with more friends!

If you are able, we strongly suggest booking your tandem on the weekends with the Caravan, those being

Water Jumps

Water Jumps

Our annual Water Jumps will take place on July 11th, 2026. In order to make a water jump, one must

  1. Hold at least an A License

  2. Undergone practical water training (actually getting wet, not just talking about it)

  3. Attend the safety briefing prior to the event.

This event, just like all of our others, does not require one to be a member of the Club in order to participate.

If you do not have a water rig and wish to rent one, we have some available. Call the club for more details.

Night Jumps

Night Jumps

Our annual night jumps will take place on August 22nd, 2026, beginning at 9pm. Anyone wishing to make a night jump must

  1. Hold a B License or higher

  2. Attend the safety briefing, beginning at 8pm

  3. Make at least one skydive during the same day at MSPC

A potluck will be held, so bring something to eat, drink, or both. Hope to see you out there!
